Shipping policy
1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Machines and Accessories: Shipped from CA warehouses. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
- Materials: Shipped from CA or China warehouses (based on stock location), delivered in 2-5 business days (if from CA) or 10-30 business days (if from China).
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

Notice:
- Our CA web store‘s checkout currency is CAD.
- Pre-order Products: First sent from China to the local warehouse, then delivered to you from the local warehouse. Please refer to the relevant product page for the expected shipping time.
- If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
- Delivery may experience slight delays during shopping seasons. If there is a significant delay, we will notice you by a separate email.
3. Taxes/Duties:

VAT: The displayed prices of products in Laserpecker CA store areprices are exclusive of duties and taxes. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination location. LaserPecker collects it at the point of sale and remits it to the government.
- Customs Duty: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based off product value.
4. Order Tracking:
- After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, the express information and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

- It may take up to 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated.
Things about order modification, refund processing, shipping updating and so on will be notified to you in real time by email as well.
5. Shipment Carriers
- Our current primary shipping carriers are Canada Post, UPS and Fedex.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
7. Shipping Information
- Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us at services@laserpecker.com within 24 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.
8. Delivery
- As our laser machines are high-value items, please monitor the delivery schedule. In case you are not at home during the delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier in advance to arrange a suitable delivery time to ensure you are available to receive the package successfully.

9. Damages
- If you received your order damaged, please contact LaserPecker Support within 7 business days at services@laserpecker.com.

We are not responsible for any losses, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to the delay, and other losses caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packing and the damaged goods as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
